SHIPPING POLICY

"Business days" means Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or scheduled service disruptions. Please check with your local postal service for any additional regional restrictions and public holidays that may delay receipt of your shipment.

If you require faster shipping, we also offer express delivery services, but additional charges may apply. Please feel free to contact us if you have such a need.

International Taxes and Duties

International customers may be required to pay sales taxes, duties and/or tariffs. All taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order cost or shipping charges. Taxes and duties vary by country and state of the shipping address. If you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs charges relevant to you, we recommend that you contact your local customs office. Kitchenelfr is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges requested during order shipment.

Due to flight cancellations and ever-changing customs clearance delays, all deliveries may be delayed during this period. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, but we are in constant contact with our shipping partners to ensure everything runs smoothly. We kindly ask for everyone's patience and understanding during this time.

Additional Information

Once an order is being created or shipped, we will not issue refunds. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel your order and refund your payment. However, any cancellation request after 24 hours will be subject to a 30% restocking fee based on the order. Requests for address changes must be made directly to INZOZI through our Customer Service Contact Service before your order is shipped. INZOZI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages that are delayed in shipping.

Shipping charges for orders are non-refundable.
